Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts electronically, by sending an email to editorial@journalams.com. The email should contain a cover letter file, a word-processed manuscript text file, and associated artwork files. We will generate a PDF file to be used for the reviewing process. After your submission you receive a confirming email with a manuscript reference number for future correspondence. All correspondence, including notification of the editor's decision and requests for revision, take place by e-mail, removing the need for a hardcopy paper trail. With regard to acceptable file types, we prefer that authors use a recent version of Microsoft Word. Each figure should be submitted as a separate TIFF, EPS, or JPEG file with the file name in Arabic number order such as Fig1.tiff, Fig2.tiff, Fig3.tiff, etc. You also send the correspondences and materials for Technical notes, Book review, and Letter-to-the-editor to editorial@journalams.com.
